Session 2 is understanding the various team members (manager, agent, publicist, internet marketing, playlist curator, etc.) and what do they do and when is the right time to add a team member.  In order to network the music industry, you need to know how that person might impact your career and what they might be able to help you with.  We also discussed building your own camp and developing your team.
